Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team via customercare@sefahadi.com or +491772221590 with their order details.

Cancellations will be confirmed via email upon approval.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded using the original payment method within 7 business days.

If a cancellation request is made after the order has been processed, the customer may need to follow our Refund and Returns Policy instead.

4. Exceptions

Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

Perishable goods such as food and skincare products are non-cancelable once processed.

5. Modifications to Orders

Customers may request modifications (e.g., address change, item replacement) within the 24-hour cancellation window.

Modification requests after this period are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
